What happens to your data when you play Farty It Up!

1. Who we are

2. What data is processed
- Game data (progress, scores, settings) is saved only on your device. We do not have an account system and we do not receive this data.
- Advertising data: to show ads, our advertising partners (section 4) may process device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, operating system, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and how you interact with the ads.
- Support emails: if you write to us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To run the game and keep your progress on your device.
- To show ads that keep the game free, limit how often they appear and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it (e.g. in the EU and UK), personalised ads are shown only with your consent, which the game asks for before any ad is requested; without consent, only non-personalised ads may be shown.
- To answer your support requests.
4. Advertising partners
Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies), which works with advertising networks including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy:

5. Your choices
- You can give or withdraw consent for personalised ads at any time from the game settings [privacy options — to be added with the consent tool].
- On iPhone you can refuse tracking (Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
- On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID (Settings › Google › Ads).
6. How long data is kept
Game data stays on your device until you delete the app or its data. Advertising partners keep data according to their own policies. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request [and no longer than X months].

8. Your rights
Where applicable (for example under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to privacy@example.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Since game data is stored only on your device, you can delete it yourself by uninstalling the app.
9. Transfers outside the EU
Our advertising partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they rely on the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
