Is the game free?
Yes. The game is free and supported by ads. Some are optional: you can choose to watch a video to continue after a Game Over. Occasionally a short ad may appear between levels, never during play.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in: your progress and settings are saved only on your device.
I lost my progress. Can you restore it?
Progress is stored on your device only, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data erases it and we cannot recover it.
The game crashes or runs slowly. What can I do?
Update the game to the latest version and restart your device. If it keeps happening, write to us with your phone model and system version.
How do I stop personalised ads?
You can change your ad choices in the game settings, and in your phone settings (on iPhone: Privacy & Security › Tracking; on Android: Settings › Google › Ads). See the Privacy Policy for details.
